Travel Recipes Breakfast
“Don’t Skip Breakfast.”
Your brain and body need fuel to function properly and efficiently. You don’t know what the day has in store for you when you travel, and breakfast is that one meal a day you can have control over and should not skip (this also goes for when you’re not traveling). Eating a healthy balanced breakfast is key to take on the day with energy and positivity!
Avoid the following foods as they’re processed, full of sugar and/or preservatives. In short, they cause more harm than provide nutritional benefits.
- Cereal (even the “healthy diet” kind)
- Spreads (marmalade, nutella, honey, maple syrup etc.)
- White toast or bread
- Processed ham or cheese
